Documented features

  • Parallel dynamic equaliser.[1]
  • Four dynamic EQ bands plus separate high-pass and low-pass filters.[1]
  • Bands can be low shelf, bell or high shelf, from 10 Hz to 40 kHz.[3]
  • Each band has threshold, ratio, attack and release controls.[3]
  • A wideband section (W-Band) processes the part of the signal not covered by the bands, with its own threshold, ratio, attack and release.[3]
  • The side-chain source is set for the whole plug-in: internal, external, or internal without the side-chain filter.[3]
  • External side-chaining needs a host that supports multi-input plug-ins. In Logic Pro (AU), a bus is assigned as the side chain in the plug-in window. AAX side chains are always mono.[3]
  • The processing target is set for the whole plug-in: Stereo, Mono, Left, Right, Sum (mid), Diff (side) or Dual Mono.[3]
  • Selected bands can be previewed (soloed) with Ctrl+Shift, or Cmd+Shift on a Mac.[3]
  • A Dry Mix control blends the original signal with the processed output.[3]
  • The analyser can display the input, output or side-chain signal.[3]
  • Linux build added in version 2.2.3.[1]
